Career advice

As part of the resume preparation process, we work with clients to create an inspiring future career. In some cases people want to continue in the same industry, in many cases people want to change careers but have no idea how to translate their skills and experiences.

This is a very positive and powerful process.

Interview advice and coaching

We work with clients to support them in preparing and facing interview situations. We have a variety of structures and suggestions which give people the knowledge and confidence to prepare for interviews in a way that takes a large part of the stress from the situation.

Selection criteria advice and coaching

We provide comprehensive support and information to those clients who wish to apply for advertised positions which require the completion of a document addressing selection criteria.

We have also prepared a detailed support document which illustrates clearly the steps needed to be followed to effectively address selection criteria.

Ongoing support and follow up

The provision of debriefing after interviews can be provided.
